The Hiring Manager is specifically seeking Scrum Leads with over 10 years of experience and hands-on expertise utilizing AI tools (such as Claude, Copilot or any AI tool) in their daily workflows, including the ability to integrate these tools with Jira and other platforms. Experience working in an AI space, and include a write-up detailing the projects they have worked on.

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Scrum Lead/Master to manage two core Scrum teams: Data Platform and Analytics. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on contributor who combines strong foundational Agile knowledge with technical context to drive team outcomes, high accountability, and value delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage two distinct teams: Data Platform and Analytics.
- Actively facilitate and drive team outcomes as a hands-on Scrum Lead.
- Advocate for and implement Agile processes (Scrum, Kanban) focused on business results.
- Apply advanced agility knowledge, including flow metrics, story points, and throughput, to improve performance.
- Drive change management and secure organizational buy-in for new processes.
- Ensure ownership of deliverables aligned with organizational OKRs.
- Navigate fast-paced environments, maintain effective operating rhythms, and influence leaders and teams.
- Apply a strategic mindset toward continuous improvement, optimization, automation, and AI integration.

Required Qualifications:
- Experience: 10+ years of relevant experience.
- Agile Expertise: Foundational agility certifications and deep knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and elements of large-scale frameworks (e.g., SAFe/Big Room Planning).
- Technical Acumen: Strong preference for candidates with a technical background (e.g., a developer transitioned to Scrum) or a process-oriented professional with a proven track record of adding organizational value.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, strong situational awareness, the ability to indirectly influence stakeholders, and a willingness to learn new technologies.
- Domain Knowledge: Experience within data engineering, data platforms, or analytical environments (including tools like Tableau) is highly valued.
