Kforce has a client that is seeking a Scrum Master in McLean, VA. This role is Hybrid.

Summary: We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support high-performing Agile teams delivering innovative technology solutions in a fast-paced, mission-focused environment. The ideal candidate is a servant leader with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies, team facilitation, and stakeholder engagement.

What You'll Do:

• Guide and coach development teams in Agile and Scrum best practices
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, backlog refinement, and product demonstrations
• Remove impediments and help teams maintain focus on sprint and program objectives
• Foster collaboration, transparency, continuous improvement, and high team performance
• Support requirements gathering, backlog management, and estimation activities
• Coordinate efforts across multiple teams and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery
• Advise leadership on process improvements and Agile adoption strategies
• Provide coaching and feedback to help teams continuously improve delivery and quality
