The Scrum Master will support agile delivery by partnering with product owners, engineering teams, and stakeholders to drive effective planning, execution, and continuous improvement. This role focuses on enabling agile practices, supporting delivery of multiple technology initiatives, and facilitating collaboration across cross functional teams aligned to the Application Security strategy.

Key Responsibilities
Support agile delivery for multiple technology initiatives within the Application Security portfolio.
Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to support backlog management, prioritization, and delivery planning.
Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
Track and report on squad delivery metrics, progress, risks, and impediments.
Support teams in applying agile values, practices, and processes consistently.
Identify delivery impediments and work with stakeholders to support timely resolution.
Promote continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance team effectiveness and delivery outcomes.
Support coordination across development teams and supporting functions to drive aligned execution.
Engage with Agile Coaches as needed to support adoption of agile practices and team maturity.
Communicate status, risks, and recommendations clearly to Product Owners and stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience
Min. 7 years experience working in agile delivery environments with strong knowledge of agile practices.
Proven experience facilitating agile ceremonies in a solution-focused manner.
Experience supporting teams in establishing and adhering to agile norms and working agreements.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional technical and nontechnical teams.
Strong influencing skills without direct authority.
Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to identify and implement better ways of working.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience supporting delivery across multiple initiatives or workstreams.
Preferred Qualifications
Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Agile certification from an accredited agile institution.
Experience supporting technology or application security initiatives.
Experience working with globally distributed teams.

Deliverables / Expected Outcomes
Effective facilitation of agile ceremonies and delivery cadence.
Maintained and up to date backlogs, metrics, and delivery artifacts.
Improved visibility into delivery progress, risks, and dependencies.
Identification and implementation of continuous improvement actions.
Support for timely and predictable delivery aligned to Application Security objectives.
