<.> Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead and facilitate Agile practices across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of Scrum processes, coaching teams on Agile principles, removing impediments, and driving continuous improvement. The Scrum Master will work closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, and development teams to deliver high-quality products efficiently and effectively.
<.> Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including:
- Daily Stand-ups
- Sprint Planning
- Sprint Reviews
- Sprint Retrospectives
- Guide and coach Agile teams on Scrum principles, Agile methodologies, and best practices.
- Ensure teams adhere to Agile values, Scrum framework, and organizational standards.
- Identify and remove impediments that may impact team productivity or project delivery.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Partner with Product Owners to maintain a healthy product backlog and support sprint readiness.
- Monitor team performance, sprint progress, and delivery metrics to drive process improvements.
- Facilitate communication between development teams, stakeholders, and leadership.
- Support Agile transformation initiatives and promote Agile adoption across the organization.
- Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile mindset, practices, and frameworks.
<.> Required Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have Skills
- 8 10+ years of professional experience in Agile environments.
- Proven experience working as a Scrum Master or Agile Facilitator.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum framework, and Agile best practices.
- Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and managing Agile delivery processes.
- Ability to identify and remove blockers while enabling team success.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
