The Scrum Master will guide cross-functional teams in using Agile methodology and Scrum practices, while providing advanced leadership and broad delivery oversight. This role demands excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills to ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.

Lead and scale Agile transformation initiatives across multiple Pods and complex programs; ensure alignment with enterprise, program, and business objectives; coach leaders, teams, and stakeholders on Agile maturity.

Facilitate and oversee complex planning cycles, sprint reviews, and delivery cadences; remove systemic impediments; ensure achievement of strategic and portfolio-level milestones.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives across teams; facilitate feedback loops; identify and implement process enhancements.

Identify, manage, and resolve enterprise-level risks, dependencies, and delivery constraints; proactively develop and execute mitigation strategies.

Develop, maintain, and analyze executive-level dashboards and performance metrics using Jira, Confluence, and related tools to support data-driven decision-making.

Partner with Product, Technology, and Business leadership to align priorities, capacity, and delivery outcomes; ensure transparency and stakeholder alignment.
