Job Title: Scrum Master - Oracle CPQ Implementation

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with Oracle CPQ implementation expertise to lead Agile delivery for Oracle CPQ projects . The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Oracle CPQ capabilities, Agile methodologies, and technical integration concepts. This role requires excellent facilitation, stakeholder management, and communication skills to drive successful project execution across business and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Agile Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement.
- Drive successful delivery of Oracle CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) implementation and enhancement projects.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, Developers, and QA teams to ensure timely delivery of project objectives.
- Remove impediments and facilitate resolution of project risks and dependencies.
- Monitor sprint progress, team velocity, and delivery metrics using Azure DevOps (ADO).
- Ensure Agile best practices are followed and continuously improve team performance.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders to prioritize requirements and manage expectations.
- Support release planning, deployment activities, and post-production stabilization.
- Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Provide project status updates and reporting to leadership and stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8+ years of IT experience with at least 3 years as a Scrum Master.
- Hands-on experience leading Oracle CPQ implementation or transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of Oracle CPQ architecture, workflows, configuration, pricing, quoting, and integrations.
- Solid knowledge of Agile/Scrum principles, frameworks, and best practices.
- Experience using Microsoft Azure DevOps (ADO) for backlog management, sprint planning, reporting, and tracking.
- Technical understanding of enterprise application integrations, APIs, and cloud-based solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM, or SAFe Scrum Master certification.
- Experience working with Oracle ERP, CRM, or related Oracle Cloud applications.
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial domain environments.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and release management processes.
