Job Title : Scrum Master

Duration : 6 months + possible extension
Rate Range: $35- $46/hour on W2/ C2C (All inclusive)
Introduction
This role involves acting as both a Scrum Master and Project Manager in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment. The individual will provide strong leadership, structure, and decisiveness while facilitating Agile practices and managing delivery commitments in the banking/payments domain.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 10 years experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager in payments domain.
- Strong knowledge of payment systems, cryptocurrencies, and banking APIs.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification.
- Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with ERP and workflow systems related to project execution.
- Understanding of embedded systems, firmware, hardware, and web/software teams.
- Experience in coordinating internal and external dependencies, including suppliers and integration partners.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and manage project delivery.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and manage the product backlog.
- Ensure compliance with payments industry regulations.
- Plan, develop, and manage complex project requirements across multiple teams.
- Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, ensuring effective adoption of Scrum and Agile best practices.
- Act as the primary interface between engineering teams, product management, quality, operations, and executive stakeholders.
