Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master/Agile Coach with a strong foundation in Agile methodologies to lead our teams in delivering high quality products. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of facilitating Agile practices, coaching teams, and driving continuous improvement. This role requires a deep understanding of Agile principles and the ability to foster a culture of collaboration and accountability.

8-10 Yrs experience level, Prefer SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM), CSM, or PSM certification.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Release Planning while ensuring adherence to Scrum principles.
Act as a servant leader for Agile teams, removing impediments, resolving conflicts, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high team performance.
Possess strong understanding of SAFe Agile framework and support Program Increment (PI) Planning, ART events, dependency management, and cross-team coordination.
Partner closely with Product Owners, Business Stakeholders, Architects, and Delivery Teams to ensure backlog readiness, prioritization, and successful sprint execution.
Track and report Agile metrics such as Velocity, Burndown, Sprint Predictability, Release Progress, and Team Capacity to drive data-based decisions and delivery transparency
Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile and SAFe best practices, promoting self-organization, collaboration, quality delivery, and continuous learning.
Experience working with JIRA, Confluence, and Agile reporting tools.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
Experience in Banking
Financial Services domain preferred
