JIRA, Rally and good communication skills
Facilitating Scrum Events:
• Leading sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective meetings.
• Working closely with the product owner to define and prioritize tasks.
Removing Obstacles:
• Identifying and eliminating roadblocks that hinder the team's progress.
• Shielding the team from external distractions.
Coaching and Guiding:
• Assisting the team in determining their goals.
• Hosting daily stand-up meetings.
