Introduction

Our company is seeking a dynamic individual with a blend of Scrum Master and Project Management skills. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, proactive, and able to effectively support large enterprise teams, specifically within the financial services sector.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in a Scrum Master/Project Manager role.
• Experience supporting large enterprise teams/projects.
• Preferably has experience in the financial services industry.
• Experience with practical process improvements.
• Proficiency in managing dependencies and deliverables through various communication methods.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Familiarity with agile methodologies and frameworks.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to adapt to an existing team's processes and culture.
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Drive follow-ups, dependencies, and deliverables through calls, chats, and in-person interactions.
• Understand the team dynamics and processes before implementing improvements.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
