Role Overview:
Serve as a Scrum Master and Technical Project Manager supporting enterprise DevSecOps initiatives by coordinating cross‑functional delivery teams, managing Agile execution, and ensuring consistent adoption of secure CI/CD pipeline practices. Partner closely with Cloud Platform Engineering leadership, security teams, and application delivery teams to improve delivery velocity, reduce deployment risk, and standardize release governance across multiple digital products.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Act as Scrum Master for platform and application teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand‑ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
  • Lead end‑to‑end project delivery for DevSecOps and CI/CD initiatives, managing scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and cross‑team coordination
  • Partner with Cloud Platform Engineering leadership to translate platform strategy into executable delivery plans and sprint‑level commitments
  • Coordinate work across engineering, security, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure aligned priorities and predictable delivery outcomes
  • Maintain and prioritize program backlogs, ensuring work was clearly defined, sequenced, and aligned to enterprise delivery objectives
  • Remove delivery impediments by proactively escalating risks, resolving dependencies, and facilitating decision‑making across technical and operational stakeholders

DevSecOps & CI/CD Delivery Highlights:
  • Agile Enablement of CI/CD Pipelines
    • Support Scrum teams implementing standardized CI/CD pipelines for cloud‑native applications, enabling repeatable and compliant deployments across environments
  • Embedded Security in Agile Delivery
    • Coordinate integration of security and compliance checks into sprint workflows and pipeline stages to support secure‑by‑default delivery practices
  • Release & Deployment Governance
    • Manage release coordination and deployment readiness activities, including versioning standards, go‑live criteria, and post‑release validation
  • Cross‑Team Delivery Alignment
    • Serve as the central coordination point between application teams and platform engineering to ensure pipeline capabilities met delivery needs without introducing delays

Tools, Frameworks, and Practices:
  • Agile / Scrum / SAFe delivery
  • DevSecOps delivery practices
  • Azure cloud delivery environments
  • Infrastructure‑as‑Code collaboration (e.g., Terraform)
  • Backlog management and delivery tracking (Jira/Azure DevOps)
  • Release planning and change coordination
