Minimum Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • 7+ years of relevant work experience in an Agile environment
  • Experience coaching Agile methodologies to teams and stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of servant leadership, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and transparency
  • Proven ability to promote a team environment and collaborate cross-functionally
