Minimum Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience 7+ years of relevant work experience in an Agile environment Experience coaching Agile methodologies to teams and stakeholders Strong understanding of servant leadership, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and transparency Proven ability to promote a team environment and collaborate cross-functionally
