Job Title: S crum Master
Location-Type: Hybrid - onsite 2 days/week
Start Date Is: 2 weeks from offer
Duration: 11 months contract
Compensation Range: $65.00-$80.00/hr
Responsibilities: - The Scrum Master's responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
- Coordinate internal resources, stakeholders, and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of assigned projects.
- Ensure that all projects and activities are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Ensure resource availability and proper delegation of tasks.
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques.
- Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Manage the relationship with all relevant stakeholders.
- Perform risk management to minimize potential risks.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project.
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
- Ensure compliance with industry standard and best practice for Agile methodology.
- Coach project team members (as needed) with industry standard and best practices for Agile methodology.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Must Haves
REQUIRED EDUCATION:
Bachelor's Degree in any field (Technology or MIS would be preferred)
TOP 5 REQUIRED SKILLS:- 5 years of Project Management in Agile Scrum Environment
- 3 years of experience with reporting and data analytics
- Ability to manage multiple projects and communicate cross functionally
- 3 years of experience managing other workersExcellent Communication Skills
TECHNOLOGY PROFICIENCIES:- Microsoft Office
- BI/Visualization Tools (Tableau or Power BI, etc.)
- Data Warehousing Applications (Azure, etc.)
- JIRA
