Your Role
Akkodis is seeking a Scrum Master for a Contract with a client in Raritan, NJ. The ideal candidate will driving end-to-end delivery orchestration for data migration and transformation initiatives while ensuring alignment with Agile and SAFe practices.
Rate Range: $53/Hour to $56/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Scrum Master Job Responsibilities include:
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure smooth sprint execution.
Lead delivery orchestration for data migration activities, including readiness, sequencing, and validation.
Manage risks, dependencies, and cross-team coordination with Product Owners, architects, and stakeholders.
Support SAFe practices by participating in PI Planning, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt sessions.
Maintain Jira boards and Confluence documentation to track progress, metrics, and key decisions.
Enable collaboration across globally distributed teams while ensuring alignment with delivery goals and timelines.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
10+ years of experience in Agile delivery, with at least 7 years as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
Strong experience in data migration, system transformation, and SAFe Agile practices, including PI Planning and ART-level coordination.
Hands-on expertise with Jira and Confluence, along with proven ability to manage cross-functional, globally distributed teams and complex dependencies.

Pay Details: $53.00 to $56.00 per hour
