Our client, an IT Services and Consulting company, is looking for a Scrum Master & Release Lead (AI) for their Charlotte, NC/Hybrid location.

- Lead and facilitate scaled Agile planning events, including BRP, I&A, and monthly planning sessions.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of business objectives.
- Manage dependencies, risks, impediments, and release activities across teams.
- Drive Agile execution through established rhythms, routines, and delivery metrics.
- Promote AI tool adoption, DORA metrics, and technology modernization initiatives.
- Optimize feature backlog management and value stream flow.
- Coach teams on Agile practices, SDLC, product operating models, and organizational guidelines.
- Develop and utilize dashboards and success metrics to improve predictability and roadmap delivery.
Requirements:
- We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master and Release Lead with AI experience to support large-scale Agile delivery initiatives.
- The ideal candidate will drive planning, execution, flow optimization, and continuous improvement across cross-functional teams while promoting AI adoption and delivery excellence.
- Scrum Master and Agile delivery leadership experience
- Release management and large-scale planning expertise
- AI tools adoption and delivery optimization experience
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience with Agile metrics, continuous improvement, and coaching teams
