Seeking for a dynamic Scrum Master with strong leadership and communication skills to guide our teams in Agile practices and ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direction to development and testing team members.
Conduct Agile ceremonies and oversee work and release management.
Manage the entire Scrum process, maintaining Scrum artifacts and tools.
Support change management efforts and recommend process improvements.
Must-Have Skills:
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in technology or software development.
Scrum Master Certification.
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with DevOps, Agile methods, and work management tools like Version One.
Deep knowledge of software development cycles and testing methodologies.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with DevSecOps and Agile Scrum.
Familiarity with payroll systems and processing.
Mainframe knowledge is a plus.
Education:
Degree from an accredited college/university in a relevant field is preferred.
