Detailed Job Description:

Serve as the Major Incident Management (MIM) Coordinator, responsible for leading the response to critical incidents impacting business operations

Coordinated cross-functional teams to swiftly diagnose, escalate, and resolve incidents, minimizing downtime and ensuring business continuity.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and business stakeholders, to ensure that project milestones were met on time and within budget.

Spearhead Process alignment integrating security org with the rest of the organization along with budget, quarterly planning and resource allocation integrations.

Supported with Clarity rollout testing, feedback and usage.

Minimum Years of Experience:

15+ years
