We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in SCRUM methodologies to lead and manage complex projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget while ensuring high quality outcomes. This role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to SCRUM principles and practices.
• Facilitate SCRUM ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with product owners to define project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with business objectives.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
• Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders and senior management in a timely manner.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging team feedback and implementing best practices.
• Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members in SCRUM methodologies and project management practices.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures throughout the project lifecycle.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong knowledge and experience in SCRUM methodologies and frameworks.
• Proven experience in managing software development projects using Agile methodologies.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem solving and decision making abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or similar.
• Familiarity with other Agile methodologies (e.g., Kanban, Lean).
• Certification in SCRUM (e.g., Certified SCRUM Master, Certified SCRUM Professional).
• Experience in stakeholder management and client facing roles.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7 10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on Agile and SCRUM methodologies.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery in a fast paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
