What is the team like?

We are the CDR-AI team at InMobi, focused on building a next-generation Reporting, Analytics, and AI platform. Our mission is to transform raw data into actionable business insights for internal consumers while enabling seamless integration with multiple business and technology platforms.

As a platform team, we work closely with different lines of business across InMobi to understand their reporting, analytics, automation, and AI-driven decisioning needs. This gives the team a unique opportunity to solve high-impact business problems while working on large-scale data, analytics, and GenAI systems.

In addition to reporting and analytics, the team is expanding into AI engineering areas such as Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, and MCP-based integrations. We also work across cloud and AI platforms including GCP, Microsoft Azure, databases, GKE, REST APIs, and modern deployment frameworks. Microsoft positions Azure AI as an enterprise-grade platform for building AI apps and agents, which aligns with the team's direction toward scalable AI-led platform capabilities.

What will you be doing?

• Act as an independent senior engineer, owning complex problem statements and delivering scalable, reliable solutions aligned with business goals.
• Stay current with emerging technologies such as Agentic AI, Generative AI, and Copilot Studio, while mentoring the team on adoption and best practices.
• Collaborate with product, business, data, and engineering stakeholders, and communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Participate actively in architecture discussions, design reviews, sprint planning, and technical decision-making.

What do we expect from you?

• Design and build LLM-powered applications, chatbots, copilots, and multi-agent workflows
• Implement GenAI solutions using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, n8n, or similar.
• Build and maintain prompt templates, chains, agents, tools, and reusable AI workflows.
• Integrate vector databases for semantic search, contextual retrieval, RAG, and memory.
• Develop backend services, REST APIs, and integrations to run AI models in production.
• Ensure AI solutions are explainable, accurate, compliant, secure, and aligned with finance policies.
• Monitor and evaluate model and workflow performance on an ongoing basis.
• Optimize inference cost, latency, reliability, and overall system efficiency.
• Collaborate with Product, Data, Business, Sales, Finance, and Engineering teams to deliver end-to-end AI solutions.
• Stay updated on emerging GenAI, AI/ML, agentic AI, and automation technologies.
• Participate in design reviews, sprint planning, technical discussions, and architecture reviews.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or a related engineering discipline.
• 3-5 years of software development experience with hands-on expertise in Python, SQL, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and modern AI/ML frameworks.
• Experience designing and building LLM-powered applications, including prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, vector search, and fine-tuning pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, n8n, or ReAct-style agents. LangGraph is designed for customizable single-agent, multi-agent, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
• Strong experience building REST APIs, microservices, and backend systems for production-grade applications.
• Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP), including building or integrating MCP tools, servers, or capabilities. MCP enables servers to expose tools that language models can invoke to interact with external systems such as APIs, databases, and computation services.
• Good understanding of CI/CD, Docker, and containerized application development. Docker provides a standard way to package and run applications in lightweight containers with their dependencies.
• Working knowledge of data pipelines, APIs, databases, and cloud platforms such as Azure, GCP, or AWS.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills, with the ability to work effectively in agile engineering environments.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders.
