Who We Need
You are a motivated and experienced SDR Team Lead, you love working hands-on sales and you thrive on building and guiding high-performing teams and driving pipeline growth.
Responsibilities
The SDR Team Lead will maintain a personal outbound target (50% of a full SDR) while mentoring the team of 4-5 SDRs across 2 sites to consistently meet and exceed qualified opportunity quotas.
Foster a high-energy environment through daily stand-ups, blitzes, power hours and other performance incentives to drive team activity and morale.
Coordinate with Marketing Team on success metrics and report back on team efforts.
A/B testing email scripts and call openers to optimize team conversion rates.
Coach and support the team through regular call review and coaching sessions.
Monitor the distribution of leads to ensure fair play and SLA compliance.
Refine and execute the inbound strategy including messaging, prospecting tactics, and sequence building and analysis.
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing leadership to align efforts with go-to-market priorities and campaign goals.
Assist SDR director with analyzing and reporting on key performance metrics to identify trends, areas for improvement, and pipeline acceleration opportunities.
Refine playbooks and workflows in CRM systems (HubSpot) to ensure efficiency and scalability.
Stay current on industry trends and product updates to ensure your team can communicate Workiz's value proposition effectively.
**This is a hybrid role working Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday in our Austin office and Monday and Friday working remote.
