SDS Retail Support Coordinator

OVERVIEW

Perform data entry and configuration of retail support software ensuring product cost, retail pricing, store catalogs, and demand planning preparation is accurately maintained.

RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties may be assigned)

• Set up and maintain corporate pricebook system for all items merchandised in / sold to retail locations.
• Follow SOPs for managing content workflow from stakeholder teams related to areas of product cost, pricing, and store catalogs.
• Provide customer service resolution related to stakeholder inquiries in the areas of product cost, pricing, and store catalogs.
• Follow SOPs for managing relevant areas of demand planning supported by the SDS Retail Support team.
• Follow SOPs for delivering work team reporting to stakeholder individuals / teams.

QUALIFICATIONS

(Equivalent combinations of education, licenses, certifications and/or experience may be considered)

Education

• High School Diploma/GED required

Experience

• 1 year related experience required
