Prepare locally sourced and imported raw fish and seafood for wholesale and retail customers through selection and prepare accordingly to specification. Experience handling, gutting, filleting, boning and scaling product to order.
Position requires excellent knife skills and a knife assessment will be given.
Schedule Mon - Fri 5:30 to 1:30/2:30. 40 hours with OT expected during Holidays.
Hourly rate $22 to $24/HR. Excellent benefits.
