Job Overview:
The Search Consultant - Senior will play a pivotal role in identifying, evaluating, and recruiting top talent for various positions. This role requires a deep understanding of recruitment strategies, market trends, and the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders. The consultant will work closely with hiring managers to ensure the best fit for organizational needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective search strategies to identify top talent.
  • Conduct thorough candidate evaluations, including interviews and reference checks.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and organizational goals.
  • Maintain a database of qualified candidates for future opportunities.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress.
  • Ensure compliance with all hiring policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
  • End to End full life cycle recruiting experience
    Strong external headhunting skills including cold calling, experience in using top marketing or sourcing tools such on social media, employee referrals and ATS, and experience using/analyzing labor market data
    Source/Recruit/Fill low to highly complex Professional/Management roles, especially sales, marketing, and/or technical roles
    Proficient user with the Workday ATS
    Strong influencing skills and closing skills
    Strong organizational skills and ability to report out on candidate progress and status
    Must be flexible and adaptable to the changes of activity

Pay Range:$50hr- $50hr on w2

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
