Season Machine - 2nd Shift

Our client is seeking a Season Machine Operator to join their team. As a Season Machine Operator, you will be part of the Industrial department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to follow instructions, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Season Machine 

Location: Chambersburg, PA

Pay Range: $18.75

Shift: 3:30pm - 12:00am, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

• Operate machinery as directed while adhering to all safety policies and procedures to produce high-quality products
• Read work orders and set up machines according to job specifications
• Review job requirements to understand scope and parameters of each project
• Complete trial runs, evaluate product quality, and make necessary adjustments
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure machinery is in proper working order

What's Needed?

• Ability to operate or quickly learn to operate various machinery and related software
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety regulations
• Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions
• Basic understanding of machinery setup and maintenance
