We are focused on long-term value creation and sustainable growth. \nOur Guiding Principles: \nIntegrity, Compliance, Value Creation, Principled Entrepreneurship, Customer Focus, Knowledge, Change, Humility, Respect, & Fulfillment\n \nJob Description\n \nWhat You Will Accomplish\n \nMeticulously cleans and sets dining room tables and booths as directed. \nContinuously maintains a neat, clean, organized, safe, and comfortable environment for our guests. \nMaintains a constant flow of soiled dishes to the kitchen and clean supplies to the dining room. \nClears dishware and flatware as necessary throughout the dinner service. \nCompletes pre, running, and post shift side-work requirements (i.e. rollups, condiments, etc.) as directed. \nProvides expeditious service to each guest without sacrificing quality. Ensures water glasses are full throughout the meal. \nFollows all standard food handling, sanitation, RBS and health department guidelines. \nMust wear non-slip, oil-resistant shoes. Follows all safety policies and procedures. Reports potential safety issues to manager whenever observed and takes immediate action to resolve in emergency situations. OSHA laws require the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when performing work duties that have the potential of risk to your health or safety.\n \nWhat You Will Bring \nAssists servers with food and water for the guests.
