    What You'll Do:

    • Perform daily tasks to assist Financial Advisor team

    • Complete special assignment tasks to streamline processes and increase efficiencies

    • Maintain and update various databases, as requested

    • Adhere to all internal and external regulatory requirements, standards, guidelines, policies, and procedures, under the strictest confidentiality

    • Create and maintain proper electronic documentation, ensure account paper files are in good order

    • Work to transition older client records to electronic filing

    • Perform other duties and responsibilities, as requested

    Qualifications:

    • Superior verbal and written communication skills

    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)

    • Ability to multitask, follow instructions and have keen attention to detail

    • Excellent teamwork skills

    • Adheres to the highest ethical standards

    • Exceptional client service skills

    Compensation:

    The estimated hourly rate for this role is $19.00. Actual pay rate may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, and experience.
