Seasonal Baker: Pastries, Pies, & Desserts

Seasonal Part-Time (15-32 hours per week) | $16–$19/hr based on experience
Shift: 4:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Love working with dough, fillings, and from-scratch recipes? Join our bakery team at Bavarian Inn Restaurant and help create the pies and pastries our guests come back for year after year.

We’re looking for a skilled pie and pastry baker who takes pride in consistency, quality, and working in a fast-paced, high-volume bakery.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare from-scratch pies, fruit fillings, crusts, and dessert bars
• Work with doughs for items like strudels, butterhorns, and pastries
• Follow and adjust recipes based on daily production needs
• Use commercial bakery equipment including mixers, ovens, and pie presses
• Slice, package and prepare finished items for guest sale.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience with pie production, pastry baking, or scratch baking
• Comfortable working with doughs, fillings, and high-volume production
• Strong attention to detail and consistency
• Ability to stand for full shifts and lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working in a warm bakery environment
• Strong math skills for measurements and scaling
