Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

About the Position

Braker's Market is looking for a dependable, hardworking team member to join our Bakery Department. This seasonal part-time position focuses on preparing baked goods, supporting daily bakery operations, maintaining quality standards, and creating products our customers love.

This is a seasonal position to help support our bakery during the busy holiday season. We will reevaluate the position after the holidays, with the possibility of additional hours and continued employment for the right person and fit.

Schedule & Availability

• Seasonal part-time position
• 3–4 days per week
• Tuesday availability is especially important
• Some Saturday availability required
• Early morning availability required
• Opportunity for additional hours for the right person and fit
• Position will be reevaluated after the holidays, with the possibility of continued employment and more hours

Essential Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake bakery items according to recipes and quality standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient bakery workspace
• Follow proper food safety, sanitation, and handling procedures
• Pay close attention to detail and product quality
• Work collaboratively with team members to support daily bakery operations
• Learn and follow bakery procedures and expectations

• 18 years old or close to 18 preferred

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs. as needed
• Frequent bending, reaching, and moving throughout the workspace
