Seasonal Bellman
The National is seeking a Seasonal Bellman to join our Guest Services team during the most festive time of year. As a Bellman, you'll be the first and last impression our guests experience — providing a warm welcome, assisting with luggage, delivering amenities, and ensuring every stay begins and ends with exceptional care.
What You'll Do
- Greet guests with a friendly smile and genuine hospitality upon arrival and departure
- Assist with luggage handling, storage, and room deliveries
- Deliver in-room amenities and other guest requests promptly and professionally
- Provide helpful directions and information about the hotel and local area
- Maintain a clean, organized lobby and entry area
- Support the Front Office and Guest Services teams as needed to ensure a seamless guest experience
What We're Looking For
- A friendly, professional, and guest-focused personality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Prior hospitality or customer service experience preferred (but not required)
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays during the seasonal period
