GENERAL SUMMARY
As a busser you would be responsible for setting and clearing food service areas, stocking service stations, and delivering outstanding guest service. Specifically you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards, fulfilling member requests, assisting the food and beverage team, and completing tasks assigned by the food and beverage leadership team.

PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS
- Must be willing to work as a team player with all Club staff.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of assigned food service areas.
- Responsible for setting and clearing dining tables and stocking service stations.
- Set and prepare service areas for dining, including but not limited to:
- Folding napkins
- Cleaning and placing tableware
- Serving water, etc.
- Ensure tableware is in good working condition and report any defects for repair.
- Maintain proper and adequate supply and set-up of supplies needed for a successful service.
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
- Clears dirty table settings and prepare table for resetting.
- Resets all service areas as prescribed.
- Transport all dirty tableware to the dishwashing area for proper cleaning.
- Remain up to date on upcoming Club events.
- Maintain open communication with all team members.
- Utilize the 10-5 rule in all interactions.
- Recognize and address any problems resulting from member or guest complaints.
- Notify management of unsafe conditions, maintenance issues, or damage to equipment.
- Perform other duties as assigned and requested by Management.
