Seasonal Center Support Teacher (Summer Position)

Location: The Learning Experience

Pay: $18-$21 per hour

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM)

Position Type: Seasonal Summer Role

The Learning Experience is seeking a dependable Seasonal Center Support Teacher to assist classrooms throughout the summer months. This role provides support across multiple age groups while helping maintain a fun, engaging, and organized environment during summer programming.

This position is ideal for candidates looking for summer employment in an early childhood education setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Support classrooms serving infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and school-age children
• Assist with summer activities, classroom routines, and outdoor play
• Provide classroom coverage and maintain ratio compliance as needed
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment
• Support transitions, meals, and enrichment activities throughout the day
• Communicate professionally with families and team members
• Follow all state licensing and safety requirements

Qualifications

• High school diploma required
• Prior childcare experience preferred
• Reliable, energetic, and team-oriented approach
• Comfortable supporting multiple age groups
• Must meet state childcare licensing requirements
