This is a seasonal position working up to 40 hours per week, typically between the hours of 7:00a.m. to 3:30p.m., Monday through Friday. Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of the job.
Works under the direct supervision of the Lines Supervisor.
Power and hand tools typically used in water distribution and wastewater collection facilities and building maintenance such as power and hand tools, pressure gauges, ladders, valve keys, paint brushes, pumps, brooms, mops, manhole hooks, Safety Data sheets, personal protective equipment, motor vehicles, telephone, radio, gas detection monitors, fall arresters, and other safety equipment. Computer software and hardware, general office and breakroom equipment.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works outside in all types of weather conditions. The employee occasionally works near moving mechanical parts and in high precarious places and is occasionally exposed to wet and/ or humid conditions, fumes, airborne particles, traffic, toxic, or caustic chemicals.
Work is performed both indoors and outdoors during all seasons of the year and is performed in potentially hazardous environments: i.e. confined spaces, electrical, infectious, and mechanical hazards.
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. May be asked to report during non-scheduled hours.
