Position: Seasonal Coordinator

Department: Customer Relations

Reports To: Customer Relations Management Team

What We're Looking For

• Full-time availability (40 hours/week) with potential for overtime
• Open & flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Fast learners who are tech-savvy and comfortable navigating multiple systems at once

What You'll Do

• Engage with customers via phone (inbound/outbound) and email
• Assist with issues related to online and in-store purchases
• Use problem-solving skills, available tools, and sound judgment to resolve concerns quickly and effectively
• Collaborate with other departments on service or product-related challenges
• Document all interactions accurately within the Zendesk ticketing system
• Identify recurring issues and share insights with the Management Team
• Participate in weekly High Five Team meetings
• Support other tasks and projects as assigned

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset
• Patience, empathy, and the ability to stay calm under pressure
• Sound decision-making, which includes knowing when to escalate or seek support
• Strong follow-up skills and commitment to seeing issues through to resolution
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• A positive, team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic
• Reliable attendance + flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, overnights, and overtime as needed
• Prior experience in customer support or an inbound call center environment is a plus!
• Successfully complete our training program
• New Hire Training will be Monday through Friday, 9AM - 6PM EST
• Final schedules will be determined post-training

Technical Requirements

• Ability to troubleshoot basic IT issues
• Ability to learn & navigate multiple systems simultaneously
• Experience with Zendesk, OMS, or WMOS is a plus
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and data entry
