Job Description: Seasonal Customer Service Agents
We are currently seeking highly motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our Customer Service team as Seasonal Customer Service Agents. The primary responsibility of a Seasonal Customer Service Agent is to provide exceptional customer service and support during peak seasonal periods, ensuring that all customer inquiries and concerns are promptly addressed and resolved. This is a temporary position with flexible work hours and the possibility to join the UFLP Family full-time!
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
- Provide accurate and comprehensive information to customers regarding products, services, promotions, and policies.
- Assist customers in placing orders, tracking shipments, processing returns, and resolving any related issues.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns by investigating the problem, proposing solutions, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department, if necessary.
- Maintain and update customer accounts with accurate and essential information while ensuring adherence to data protection and privacy regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred, although entry-level candidates will be considered.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English (additional language skills are a plus).
- Proficiency in using customer service software, databases, and other computer applications.
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, overtime, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing procedures and priorities.
- Must pass a background check.
- Position pays $13.75
- Shift available: M-F
- Saturdays required: 11/28, 12/5, 12/12 (9am-4pm)
Working Conditions:
- This is a seasonal position, with employment typically lasting for a specific period during peak business seasons.
- Work schedules may vary, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Universal Fidelity is located in the Energy Corridor close to Katy, Tx - Park Row and Barker.
