Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do:

 

Must be able to work onsite: 214 College Park Plaza Suite 206 Johnstown PA 15904

 

-Receive inbound calls for licensed health insurance agents, and code out calls.
-Sensitive and articulate written and verbal communication skills
-Caring and active listening skills
-Reliability to work as scheduled and get the job done
-Flexibility to work hours of operations

 

What You’ll Bring:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• 1+ year of customer service experience (call center and/or healthcare preferred).
• Typing speed of 25 WPM with 90% accuracy required.
• Strong communication skills—clear, caring, and professional.
• Solid computer skills, including MS Office and navigating the web.
• Reliability, flexibility, and a commitment to getting the job done right.
