    Job Title: Seasonal Customer Service Representative – Phone Agent

    Job Type: Seasonal / Temporary Schedule: Full-time or Part-time/ Up to 7 days a week

    Job Description

    We are looking for friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Seasonal Customer Service Representatives to join our team during our busy season. In this role, you will assist customers by phone, answer questions, resolve issues, process requests, and provide positive customer experience. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, communicating by phone, and working in a fast-paced environment.

    Responsibilities
    • Answer inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
    • Assist customers with questions, orders, account information, and service requests
    • Research and resolving customer issues
    • Accurately enter and update customer information in company systems
    • Follow established procedures and provide accurate information
    • Meet established customer service, quality, and productivity expectations
    • Work effectively as part of a team during the seasonal peak period
    Qualifications
    • Previous customer service, call center, retail, or phone-based experience preferred
    • Excellent verbal and listening skills
    • Professional and friendly telephone manners
    • Ability to navigate computer system while speaking with customers
    • Basic computer and data-entry skills
    • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
    • Ability to remain calm and professional while on the phone
    • Reliable attendance and punctuality
    • Ability to work the required seasonal schedule
    Seasonal Position This is a temporary seasonal position designed to support increased customer demand during our peak season. The anticipated employment period is [11/16] through [12/31], with the possibility of additional hours or continued employment based on business needs and performance.
