We’re looking for a friendly, upbeat, service-minded Seasonal Customer Service Representative to join our team during our busy season. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys talking with people, solving problems, staying positive under pressure, and being part of a team that genuinely cares about the customer experience.

What You’ll Do

• Be the friendly voice customers connect with by phone, email, and chat.
• Listen carefully, understand the issue, and provide helpful solutions.
• Handle customer concerns with patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
• Help customers with product, order, shipping, and troubleshooting questions.
• Keep customer interactions and information accurate and organized.
• Follow up when needed to make sure the customer feels taken care of.
• Work closely with our warehouse and internal teams to solve problems and get things moving.
• Jump in wherever needed during our busy season and help create a great experience for our customers.
• Work in-office as part of a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Previous customer service experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person. Experience in retail, hospitality, call centers, or other customer-facing roles is helpful.

Schedule

• Seasonal position
• Day shift: 8:00AM–4:30 PM
• Some weekends may be required during peak season
• In-office position
