A Day in the Life
Start your shift by reviewing work instructions and safety guidance. Move to your station, scan items with RF devices, and keep pace with productivity and quality goals. Youll pivot between tasks1from receiving inventory to picking, packing, and staging shipmentswhile keeping your area neat and organized. Throughout the day, youll partner with teammates, work independently when needed, and take on additional duties assigned by leadership.
What Youll Do
Receive inbound product; accurately pick and pack customer orders
Prepare and ship merchandise on schedule
Follow safety rules and compliance standards at all times
Collaborate respectfully with others and switch to solo tasks when required
Use RF scanners, desktop computers, and touchscreens to execute tasks
Meet or exceed productivity and quality targets by following documented instructions
Keep your workspace clean, orderly, and free of hazards
Perform other duties as directed by supervisors
Qualifications
18 years of age or older
High school diploma or GED preferred
Experience in warehousing or manufacturing is helpful
Strong communication skills; able to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
Comfort using RF scanners and computer-based tools (desktop and touchscreen)
Reliable attendance; willing and able to work overtime as needed
Physical Demands
Stand and walk for the duration of the shift
Climb, balance, kneel, crouch, and crawl for extended periods as tasks require
Reach, pull, push, and lift items of varying sizes and weights up to 50 lbs
