Position Summary This position is primarily responsible for the logistics of grain brought into and hauled out of the facility.  Essential skills and experience Experience in the operation of industrial rolling stock (skidsteer, telehandler, front loader, forklift) and grain handling equipmentSafety orientedAbility to organize and manage multiple priorities, time managementAbility to work as a strong team playerAbility to commitment to company valuesAbility to work mandatory overtime High School Diploma Reporting to this position No direct reports Description of Duties:Responsible for dumping all grain coming into the plantResponsible for relief and assistance at the scales and corn gradingResponsible for the housekeeping, the equipment and the operation of the corn receiving building, the elevatorResponsible for cleaning up other areas of the plant when neededResponsible for daily inspection of equipment both stationary and rolling stockMay have to work overtime some nights and weekends as neededAll duties are performed in a safe manner in accordance with safety policies Any other duties that management may assign
