Immediate need for a talented Seasonal Health Plan Sales Support Associate (Open Enrollment). This is a 06+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Portland , OR(Onsite). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested. Job ID: 26-21752 Pay Range: $22/hr - $25/hour. Traveler benefits as per agency package. (Benefits vary by vendor and assignment). Key Responsibilities: Assist the sales team during Open Enrollment from September through December Support in-person seminars and community events Educate members on client Permanente health plan options, benefits, and pricing Answer questions from prospective and existing members clearly and professionally Provide phone support for member inquiries Help coordinate and support seminar activities and field visits Work with Sales Executives to ensure a smooth and positive member experience Travel throughout the Portland metro service area as needed Maintain professionalism while representing client Permanente at events Key Requirements and Technology Experience: High school diploma or GED required 2+ years of experience in healthcare, customer service, sales support, marketing, or a related field preferred Strong public speaking and presentation skills Comfortable speaking in front of groups Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills Strong customer service mindset Ability to work flexible hours and support event-based schedules Reliable transportation is required Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Ability to learn quickly and follow training before field shadowing Healthcare or health insurance experience Experience supporting seminars, events, outreach, or member education Familiarity with health plan products and benefits Our client is a leading Healthcare Industry, and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
