Position Summary:We are seeking a motivated seasonal employee to support short-term research, technology, data, and administrative activities. The individual will work with faculty and project teams on assignments that may include literature reviews, data organization and analysis, digital-tool development, documentation, usability testing, and preparation of project materials.Position Key Accountabilities:Assist with research, technical, and project-management activities.Conduct literature searches and summarize relevant evidence.Collect, organize, clean, and validate quantitative or qualitative data.Support basic data analysis and visualization.Assist with dashboards, websites, databases, surveys, or other digital tools.Test digital applications and document usability or technical issues.Prepare presentations, reports, tables, figures, and project documentation.Maintain organized records, shared files, and data dictionaries.Participate in team meetings and provide regular progress updates.Complete other related duties based on seasonal project needs.Certification/Skills:NoneMinimum Education:High School diploma or equivalent, preferredMinimum Experience:NoneIndividuals must be a minimum age of 16 years.Physical Requirements:NoneSecurity Sensitive:This job class may contain positions that are security sensitive and thereby subject to the provisions of Texas Education Code § 51.215Residency Requirement:Employees must permanently reside and work in the State of Texas.
