Seasonal Holiday Glazer / Production Team Member

About the Role


Join our Sherman Oaks team for HoneyBaked’s most exciting season of the year! As a Seasonal Holiday Glazer and Production Team Member, you’ll help prepare the signature glazed hams and turkeys that families have enjoyed for generations.


This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with a team, takes pride in quality and can stay focused in a fast-paced holiday environment. No glazing experience is required—we will train the right person.


Responsibilities

• Apply HoneyBaked’s signature glaze to hams and turkeys using established recipes and techniques
• Prepare, package and label finished products accurately
• Follow daily production plans and help the team meet holiday demand
• Inspect products for quality, consistency and presentation
• Follow all food-safety, sanitation and personal-hygiene requirements
• Keep the glazing and production areas clean, organized and properly stocked
• Rotate and store products according to food-safety standards
• Assist with receiving, stocking, inventory and other store needs as assigned
• Work collaboratively to complete holiday orders accurately and on time

Qualifications

• Reliable, punctual and committed to scheduled shifts
• Strong attention to detail and pride in product quality
• Able to follow written recipes, procedures and verbal instructions
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks
• Able to safely lift and move up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable working around food-production equipment and changing temperatures
• Previous restaurant, kitchen, bakery, catering or production experience is helpful but not required
• Must obtain a valid California Food Handler Card after hire; training and instructions will be provided

Holiday Availability


Flexible availability is required during the peak weeks leading up to Thanksgiving and Christmas. Early mornings, evenings, weekends and extended holiday-production shifts may be available. Reliable attendance during our busiest days is essential.
