OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible assigning tables, seating guests and processing restaurant checks.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum lifting of 20lbs.
• Ability to verbally communicate effectively with guests and co-workers.
• Pushing, pulling, bending, stooping, upward reaching.
• Some exposure to cleaning chemicals
• Prolonged periods of standing and/or walking.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Practice Basics of Brilliant Hosting at all times
• Operate POS system to process checks and any other transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness of station, host stand, highchairs and entrance to restaurant.
• Answer phone with proper telephone etiquette.
