Type of Position: Full-time seasonal
Salary: Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must possess a valid Drivers license
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must pass a criminal background investigation
- Child Abuse PA State Police and FBI backgrounds
NATURE OF WORK PERFORMED:
This seasonal position is responsible for painting the Citys fire hydrants during the summer months.
EXAMPLES OF WORK PERFORMED:
- Scraping, removing rust and old paint
- Painting and re-numbering City fire hydrants
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Must be able to operate a pickup truck safely
- Must be able to work safely in areas with a high volume of traffic
- Must be able to follow oral and written instructions
- Must be able to lift and carry a minimum of 40 lbs
- Must be able to work outdoors in direct sunlight and hot temperatures for an extended period of time
- Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, and stand for extended periods of time
