Position Summary:

The Seasonal Landscaper assists with the maintenance and care of landscaped areas during peak seasons. This position helps ensure public grounds and outdoor spaces are clean, safe, and well maintained.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license preferred

Compensation:

• $15.00 per hour

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Mow, edge, and maintain lawns and landscaped areas

• Plant, water, and maintain flowers, shrubs, and trees

• Remove weeds, leaves, and debris from grounds and walkways

• Assist with seasonal planting and landscaping projects

• Apply mulch and assist with basic lawn care tasks

• Operate basic landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers

• Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials

• Help maintain cleanliness of equipment and work areas

• Follow safety procedures and proper equipment operation guidelines

• Perform other grounds maintenance duties as assigned

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

• Frequent standing, bending, walking, and use of landscaping tools
