The City of Lebanon Golf Department is looking for a motivated Seasonal Maintenance Worker I to help maintain our municipal golf course and facilities.This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy outdoor work, operating equipment, and learning the fundamentals of golf course turf maintenance.What You'll Do:Mowing greens, tees, fairways, and roughs using hand-operated and riding equipmentTrimming and edging around bunkers, trees, cart paths, and buildingsRaking and maintaining sand bunkers and repairing bunker edgesAssisting with irrigation tasks such as watering, adjusting sprinkler heads, and reporting system issuesMaintaining flower beds, trees, shrubs, and landscaped areasOperating equipment such as mowers, string trimmers, blowers, hedge trimmers, and utility vehiclesAssisting with course setup, including changing hole locations and moving tee markersCollecting trash, cleaning restrooms, and helping maintain golf facilitiesPerforming basic preventative maintenance on equipment and assisting with light repairsWhat We're Looking For:High school diploma or equivalentIndividuals who enjoy working outdoors in all types of weatherAbility to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and walking for extended periodsAbility to operate or learn to operate turf maintenance equipment safelyA team-oriented attitude with the ability to follow instructions and work independently when neededStrong attention to safety and detailIf you enjoy outdoor work and want to help keep Lebanon's municipal golf course in excellent condition, we encourage you to apply!Must be able to successfully complete a background check/investigation, pre-employment drug test.
