Are you someone who finds joy in a perfectly mowed lawn, a trash-free park bench, or a leaf blower that actually blows? We are seeking a Seasonal Park Maintenance Worker to join our team of outdoor enthusiasts. If you're not afraid of a little dirt, a few weeds, and the occasional squirrel, this is the job for you!
What You'll Be Doing:
- Maintain and beautify our city parks, including mowing, trimming, and landscaping.
- Keep facilities clean by maintaining restrooms, shelters, and park grounds.
- Assist with playground safety checks, athletic field prep, and minor repairs.
- Operate equipment like mowers, tractors, and power tools to complete tasks efficiently.
What We Are Looking For:
- High School Diploma or equivalent Plus six month's experience in grounds maintenance, and general construction.
- Must have a valid Driver's License
- Safely operate hand tools and various types of equipment (mowers, weed eaters, power drills, etc.)
- Willing to work outside in various types of weather.
