You'll play a key role in helping cultivate one of Connecticut's most unique agricultural operations while maintaining our fields and growing environment.Outdoor Cultivation & Field OperationsCaring for cannabis plantsMonitoring, and maintenancePruning, defoliating, trellising, tagging, and general plant careApplying nutrients and assisting with crop health programsHarvesting mature plants and assisting with post-harvest activitiesBucking, trimming, weighing, bagging, labeling, and preparing harvested materialMonitoring plant health and reporting concerns to supervisorsLandscaping & Property MaintenanceA major part of this role is maintaining a clean, organized, and professional outdoor cultivation environment.Responsibilities include:Lawn mowing and trimmingWeed management around cultivation areasMulching and landscapingBrush clearing and property cleanupMaintaining walking paths and work areasGeneral groundskeeping and outdoor maintenanceAssisting with fencing, irrigation lines, and infrastructure projectsEquipment cleanup and maintenanceApplicants with landscaping, lawn care, tree service, grounds maintenance, golf course, nursery, or farm experience are highly encouraged to apply.What We're Looking ForWe're looking for individuals who enjoy physical work, appreciate being outdoors, and aren't afraid to get their hands dirty.Successful candidates are:Dependable and punctualSelf-motivated with a strong work ethicComfortable working independently and with a teamDetail-oriented and safety-consciousWilling to learn new skillsPassionate about agriculture, horticulture, landscaping, or farmingPrevious cannabis experience is a plus-but not required.
