Outdoor Orientation Date: May 2nd, June 13th, and August 8th
Show dates: (06/26, 06/27, 07/03, 07/18, 08/15, 08/21, 09/04, & 09/05)
- Providing guests with helpful directions that will enhance their entertainment experience
- Providing the optimum in cordial hospitality to all guests
- Watching for and addressing breaches of security, crowd management issues, persons in unauthorized areas and safety hazards
- Provide screening for guests entering the grounds for prohibited items while using bag checks and metal detectors
- Provide escorts and security for entertainers, their facilities and cordoned areas
- Responding to incidents of medical emergencies, fire, bomb threats, active shooters, severe weather and disorderly conduct
REQUIRED TRAINING
- Treasure Island guest service training
- Any position-related training as determined by department manager
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Must be able to sit, walk or stand and may have to exert fast-paced mobility
- Must have a good sense of balance, and be able to bend, kneel and stoop
- Must be able to reach and twist routinely
- Must be able to push, pull and grasp objects routinely
- Must infrequently be able to climb
- Must have the ability to independently lift up to 25+ pounds routinely
- Must be able to perform repetitive hand and wrist motions
- Must have good eye hand coordination
WORKING ENVIRONMENT
- Work is performed outdoors and may include flashing lights, frequent loud noises, cigarette smoke and extreme weather conditions
- Occasionally must deal with angry or hostile individuals
