Factory Location: Ontario, California
Compensation: $26.44 / hour
Shift differential: 6%-8% of base hourly rate paid for applicable hours worked

 

Schedule: Monday - Friday 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Implementation, execution and continuous improvement of maintenance standards to ensure machine reliability and adhere to all compliance regulations for both internal and external in the states and countries of operation. 
Conduct storeroom cycle counts on a daily/weekly basis. Gain necessary approvals and record documentation. 
Perform goods receipt on incoming shipments.
Kit work orders in order to prepare the maintenance teams for daily work.
Review non moving and obsolete stock and reduce inventory as required.
Review criticality for parts.
Manage new parts requests.
Lead, teach and coach the implementation and continuous improvement of Primo Brands guiding principles for storeroom management
Facilitate and lead meetings with stakeholders in person and virtually.
Participate in the Plan Do Check Act (PDCA) meetings at the factory and provide updates on part availability for key jobs.
Factory SAP CMMS super user responsible for understanding program management and how to update weekly and monthly reporting of all critical maintenance KPI’s to include but not limited to; storeroom inventory accuracy, parts counted within given guidelines

 

Qualifications:

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work related experience

Certification in Industrial Maintenance or Project Management preferred

Minimum 5 years maintenance or technical lead experience in high speed manufacturing, food/beverage experience is preferred

Minimum 3 years experience in stores management or project management

Ability to read and interpret complex technical parts manuals, catalogues, SOP’s.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proven track record in delivering results through others by working with cross-functional teams. 

Knowledge of Continuous Improvement Methodologies (LEAN, DMAIC, 5why, BDA, TPM).    

Proficent in SAP, AMM, and CMMS systems

Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams)

Ability to critically analyze data and clearly explain the results

Self-motivated and able to manage time independently

 

Candidates must possess strong English language skills to effectively communicate with customers and provide exceptional service. Proficiency in English is essential for understanding customer needs, resolving inquiries, and collaborating with team members.
